• Check-in: 3:00pm CST / Check-out: 11:00am CST.  

• Breakfast is included and served every day from 6:00am to 10:00am on the first floor near the Lobby. 

• Pets are welcome and the Fees are as follows: 1-4 Days-$75.00 per pet; 5+ Days-$125.00 per pet, 2 pet maximum per room, 50lbs and under, must bring a pet carrier.

• Parking is free for group guests.  Please ask the front desk for a parking code at check in. Otherwise, parking is $10.00 a day.

• For Free Shuttle Service from Pensacola Airport, please call the hotel after you retrieve your bags at 850.478.1123.

IMPORTANT Notices:

• The Cut-off date for the discounted rate and block is: Thursday, June 4th, by 11:59pm CST! Discounted rates are not available after this date.

• There is a 7-Day prior to arrival date (before 3:00pm CST) cancellation policy for reservations. Should you cancel after that date or time, you will incur a one-night stay charge on your folio. 

• This is a 100% non-smoking hotel.  A $300.00 fee will be applied if smoking is detected in a guest’s room.
